How do I add a gift to my list?
You have three options depending on your context: share extension
(fast from any website or app), URL import (great for product
links), or manual creation (best when you want full control). After
that, you can enrich each gift with title, price, image, and notes
so friends know exactly what you want.
Can I reorder lists and gifts?
Yes. Press and hold any item, then drag and drop it where you want,
for both lists and gifts. Your custom order is saved automatically,
so your top priorities stay visible.
Do I need an account to use the app?
We strongly recommend creating an account so your lists are backed
up, synced across devices, and easier to share long term. Guest
mode is still available, but it is limited to reserving gifts on
lists shared by friends.
How do I share my list?
From your list, you can either swipe to the share action or use the
dedicated share button. Then send your link by message, email, or
any app you prefer, and your friends will see the latest version.
How do I reserve a gift?
On a shared list, swipe a gift to reveal the "Reserve" action or
use the dedicated button in gift details. Reserving helps avoid
duplicates and makes coordination easier between friends.
How do I mark a gift as purchased?
Swipe a gift to access the "Mark as purchased" action or use the
dedicated button in gift details. This status helps you track
progress and avoid last-minute misses.
I cannot add a link or product.
Make sure the URL starts with http:// or https://, is complete, and
points to a public page. Some shops do not allow automatic import;
in that case, create the gift manually and paste the link into the
gift details.
I did not receive the password reset email.
Check your spam or promotions folder, then retry from the app. Also
confirm the email address was entered correctly. If it still does
not arrive after a few minutes, contact support using the form
below.
How can I delete my account and personal data?
Open your profile in the app and use the account deletion action.
This removes your account and associated data, and the operation is
irreversible.
